I have my Associates in Early Childhood Development and a Bachelors of Applied Studies. I have worked with youth of all ages and seniors for the past 20 years in one form or another. I not only have the formal education but more importantly, the life experiences which has taught me more than what any text book education could. The last Nanny/Household Manager position, I started when their kiddos were 7 and 9 and was blessed to stay to see those same kiddos off to COLLEGE! I was honored that the family requested me to assist their Grandparents, in whatever capacity was needed. Following that, I was a stay-at-home mom for 10 yrs and within that time my Read more Dad was diagnosed with stage 4 prostate and bone cancer. I consider it a blessing to have been able to spend those years, with not only my children, but caring for my Dad and all that goes hand in hand with that season of life. I have worked as a "trouble shooter" of sorts for individual families, preschool teacher, and as a nanny for a few little ones. I have also been hired to organize anything from closets to decorating play rooms along with decorating individuals office or a home. I am also a professional Christmas Tree Decorator. Random? Perhaps..... But also, maybe a little bit better than just good. I mention that because if I put that much detail and thought into decorating a Christmas Tree, you can imagine how much care and dedication I place on the role I play in the lives of children. I am a single mom of 3 kids (16,12, and 9). Being a parent sometimes can be overwhelming for all of us. I believe that there is to much living to do and overwhelming should not have to be apart of that!! I don't believe in the words "Can't" or "Impossible" so that only leaves Anything IS Possible with a little creativity and flexibility.
