Hello! One of my many passions in life is caring for children! I started in childcare at 16 years old at a daycare as a pre-k assistant teacher and continued for two more years before attending college. I then worked for a family with one 3 year old girl. My daily tasks would include finding engaging curriculum to incorporate in activities, meal preparation, light household duties, outside play, homework help, pickup/drop off, going to museums/movies/parks, etc… I recently moved to NYC from Houston, Texas where I was working as a preschool teacher. I am CPR and first aid certified. I believe creating a welcoming, fun, and organized environment for children is crucial in all areas of child development. I would love the opportunity to work with another family to ensure their children receive the best care! Im also willing to complete any additional tasks the family may require!
