It was intense for y husband and I to hire someone we didn't really know to watch our babies, I spoke with Shannon on the phone prior to her arriving to the house and she sounded very pleasant and kind, When she got here, the moment she came in the house, she had a wonderful smile on her face and instantly made us feel comfortable. The kids loved her and we didn't have a doubt in our mind that they were in good hands! We will definitely use her again and I highly recommend her!
