Sydney is awesome. She came in the midst of us moving and jumped right in with no hesitation. She is a mother herself so she knew things that was expected before I even had the chance to ask her.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Sydney. She's been amazing providing care for my infant twin daughters. She is infinitely patient and trust me, they can test anyone's last nerve. One of the very best things is her experience with infants shows through in her care: she helps calm our girls when they're fussy, helps with managing their reflux/GERD, and gives us great summaries of her time with them which helps us as parents. For instance, one night our AC went out in the summer (yikes) and Sydney provided her usual excellent standard of care for our children and also noticed and told that they slept better and deeper in the warmer nursery. So, thanks to Sydney, we know keeping it slightly warmer in the nursery helps our daughters sleep. She is caring, professional, and absolutely amazing. I promise you if you hire her, you won't regret it! She's the very best!

Sydney’s demeanor was extremely delightful and professional. The childcare situation was that I needed a hotel sitter. Being that I was out-of-state, interviews were done via a phone app that I familiarly use; she uploaded and used the phone app. Interviews were on-time. Communications were prompt. Sydney arrived on-time and prepared. To whomever that is deciding to hire Sydney: she listened to the conversation. She was not a sitter that was quick to interject. The only thing I would have changed was on my part: the hotel was in an area with NO activities/ events within walking directions. With that being said, Sydney’s professionalism excelled; she was able to utilize the activities I provided and what was available in the hotel to create a fun and safe environment. Thanks, Sydney!

Hired Sydney to be our night time Nanny.....very very impressed with her. She is truly a loving and intelligent young lady. I twin daughters are so lucky to have Sydney look after them. Ken Bernstein
