I have experience taking care of kids of all ages. My love for kids was discovered when I was fifteen years old. My church needed help teaching Sunday school classes and help in the nursery room during service hours and I willingly volunteered. Being able to work with children taught me a lot of things and I fell in love with what was no longer called a job. It was then that years later I was motivated to find a job as a babysitter. I started by taking care of a four year old while his parents were at work. We stayed at home, played outside, read books, I bathed him, I did meal prep, we took occasional trips to a cupcake store for a treat, and did laundry occasionally. On date nights, I would babysit him and his eight year old sister. I worked with the family for a Read more year until they had to move and I was no longer their babysitter. I then worked with another family with twin boys of the age two who I took care of most of the day. We took rides on their trucks to the park, worked in the nursery room on their alphabet, meal prep, laundry and changing their linens, and putting them down for bed. I also worked with another family with four children as a night time helper on occasions. I helped with dinner, a little play time with the kids afterwards and then putting them down for bed. I have a lot of experience in children of all ages and I have references upon request. Working with children makes me happy and I love to do it!
