I had a doggie sitter for many years and learn the lady who knew my babies well had moved far away. I then had to find another sitter so I tried Sittercity. I was looking for one who would not live to far away so there would be no problem being in contact with my two babies (dogs). Looking on Sittercity I was thinking Michelle may be the right one. She text me and let me know how they were doing and how well the two accepted her visits. I was very impressed with the time she stayed with the two of them, let me know how each one was responding to her, and extra service I wasn't expecting. At this time of year my back yard is covered with the pecan pollen while leaves are blooming, and my dogs bring it in to the house! They get the pecan pollen on their tails and bring a lot of it in the house, so I asked Michelle if she wouldn't mind vacuuming the mess they bring in. She was happy to clean up after my babies, and she even did a little more. I have plans to take another short trip next month so I know who I will be calling. Michele was great with our toddler who doesn't like many people besides mom and dad. The bag of toys that she brings was a real help in winning over our little one. Michele worked on colors, numbers, and other verbal skills while they played. She stayed calm and patient during temper tantrums. She even helped straighten up the house during naps!

I NEVER write reviews, but after hiring Michele for all of her glowing reviews, I think this is necessary. Had someone written a review of what had happen to me, I would have never hired her. I hired Michele for two dates to watch my newborn. The first was a quick stay just to see if she would workout in a few weeks when we needed her much longer for my cousins wedding. The first round went great. While she was still here I confirmed for the second date and she agreed. A week before the wedding I confirmed with her again. The day of the wedding I texted her two hours before with some special instructions and received no answer. 45 minutes before I texted again making sure she was still coming. She responded with “I’m really not feeling well as I have had a severe migraine all day”. She very well could’ve had a migraine, but why would I have to pry that answer out of her 45 minutes before she was supposed to be at our house. After I told her that was unfortunate for us since it was my cousins wedding, she did still offer to come. I however chose to not have her come. I am only writing this to warn other parents as I would have never hired her if I would’ve known this.

Michelle did a great job handling our children with an significant age gap. We were able to go on our date and return to happy kids. We have a 8 month old and 9 year old. Only issue we had was MY failure to give better clarification on bed time instructions for the older child. Michelle did exactly what we asked of her and did it very well. Our 9 month old can be difficult around new faces and there were no tears which helped my wife enjoy our date.

Michelle was a very attentive sitter for my shy cat Jasper. Not only did she meet all of his food, water and litter needs, but she made efforts to coax him out of hiding so he would not be lonely. She even kept my place picked up vacuumed and cleaned which I did not expect but I was thrilled to come home to a clean house. There was no litter smell. Her attention to detail made this a great pet sitting experience. She is a reliable and caring sitter who has been pre screened for your peace of mind. More than five stars if I could!!!

I just travelled to Dallas for work and needed a babysitter at the last minute for our 6 month old son and I am so grateful to have met Michelle! She agreed to help us out with only 2 days notice, she was prompt, super prepared and very proactive with questions and taking notes. She was communicative with me throughout the day and I arrived back to not only a peacefully sleeping baby, but to all of his clothes, food, diapers and toys organized which was a huge help and beyond what I had hoped for. I cannot recommend her highly enough and I will call her immediately on my next trip to Dallas.

We loved having Michelle watch our boys! She was very thorough with lots of great questions that made us feel very comfortable leaving our children in her care. When we came home, everyone was happy and well looked after! We were very happy with her services.

We were swinging through Dallas on our band tour, and had to find a babysitter…. fast… for our 14month old daughter. Thus, we didn't have time to meet any applicants in advance, and saw Michelle's post. She quickly replied to our job post, and seemed to have the foresight of what a 14month old would like - offering to bring various toys, games and materials to play with. We put our trust in Michele, and she put a lot of effort into caring for our little angel. Michele is very responsible and put great care into our daughter's experience. Thank you!

We really enjoyed having Michele take care of our son. She is such an amazing person. The time she spent nurturing and teaching our son to help him grow. My son enjoyed the singing, variety of developmental toys, walks and puppets. I wsh we could have continued with Michele, but unfortunately we are moving out of the Irving area. I would highly recommend Michele for any position. If you are looking for a DEPENDABLE, LOVEABLE, & CARING babysitter or nanny, Michele would be your best choice. Thank you for everything Michele. Michelle has been babysitting for my 1 year old daughter and 2 year old son for the last 6 months on almost a weekly basis. Michelle is an excellent caregiver who spends high quality time with my children reading, doing art projects, playing pretend, etc. She is also a good communicator who gives me feedback on how their time was spent. Importantly, she is tidy, reliable and punctual. I highly recommend Michelle.

Michele is one of the BEST sitters I've ever had. She is very attentive and patient with the children. They love her! I have a 9yr old boy and 7yr old girl. They think Michele hung the moon :-) She plays games with them and brings trinkets as prizes. She also tidies up the house and cleans whatever messes are left behind. That is super! She is well qualified, very confident in her job and always a very pleasant person. She is always the FIRST one I contact when looking for a sitter.

Michele is indeed a lifesaver!!! I needed someone to keep my daughter at the last minute while I was on vacation and my daughter instantly fell in love with her.Having only just met us that week ,Michele went above and beyond what was required of her giving up her own vacation plans to take care of my child. She even took my daughter out for her birthday in my absence as well as to the zoo ,constantly keeping her entertained. Words can't express my gratitude. Michele is awesome!!!I am definitely calling Michele again. Morgan is still talking about Ms. Michele.
