My name is Katee and I am a student at Letourneau University studying to become a school teacher. I absolutely adore children!! I have many field experience hours in early childhood/ elementary classrooms. Also, for the last two years I have worked at a local preschool. I taught Sunday school class at a local church for three years. I stopped this fall when school began and I had to take on more responsibility. I am very artistic and I always encourage children to be creative. This is because my philosophy is that children learn through play. Any nanny can set up activities for the children, however, I intend to create experiences. Children learn from experiences vs. activities. Since I do go to school I really am looking for a flexible schedule. Maybe an after school or weekend nanny. However, I am very reliable and will always be on time.
