I am currently a 23-year-old university student, taking a leave of absence from school. I've had years of experience with various types, ages, and temperament s of kids. I've taken care of children, ages ranging from babies to preteens since I was about 16. I have numerous years of volunteer experience with elementary ages kids throughout my time in high-school and college. In high school I was essentially a teachers assistant for pre-k children and kindergartners (2 years). In college, I'd go to an after school program, weekly, and interact with kids between the grades of 1st-6th (3 years). Last year, I spent 3 months working at a daycare in Costa Rica for children living in poverty stricken areas. Their ages ranged from 1-12. I have also baby sat for infants, children, and preteens throughout the years.
