I have been a stay at home mom for 26 years and now that my youngest has graduated from high school, I'm looking for something to fill my time. I have 2 daughters; one is 26 and the other is 18. While they were young, I worked in their schools as a volunteer art teacher, classroom assistant, substitute teacher as well as a nanny for other families. I worked in children's ministry at my church for over 20 years. I've recently been working on my Early Childhood Education certificate and the past few years I've been working with young children as a pre-school teacher, an after-school caregiver, and a nanny. The more I work with young teachers who have degree's in education, the more I realize the value that only experience can give you.
