We hired Tashi to help take care of our 3 kids in the afternoons. She agreed to help run errands, clean up after kids, take to activities, prep/cook dinner, etc. She also had help from our housekeeper nanny that had been working with us for almost 4 years. We left town for 5 weeks this summer and paid her her full hourly rate for the full amount of hours while we were gone. When we got back, she said that she didn't have the money to pay for gas to come to work. There were a couple of signs that this might happen and a couple of times of not exactly telling the truth. I think she is under considerable stress, but no showing, saying she did things that were not done, not responding to text messages and ultimately no showing after 5 weeks of pay then chewing me out for not understanding her stress has led me to write a review.
