Hi, My name is Cherlyn Blickensderfer from Rhome,TX 76078. I"m a fun and outgoing person, loving, caring, non-smoker, very responsible and trustworthy Christian woman. I have cared for children of all ages from infants to early teens and some children with special needs such as autism. I have been a member of our church for 20 years where I have been involved with the nursery department and have worked with infants and children of all ages. I have three children of my own and they are all grown up and moved out on their own So I would be available Monday through Saturday. Sundays are for church but would be available if really needed. One thing you need to know about me is I was born deaf but have had speech therapy most of my life and speak normally, and I Have had a cochlear implant for about 5 years Read more now and hear very well. Cherlyn has been an excellent part time sitter for our family. She is very flexible when things change, very reliable, and my kids love her. I have one with ADHD, and one that is blind, and her comfort in taking care of special needs kiddos is so refreshing. She always goes the extra mile in keeping them busy and having fun. Highly recommended!

Cherlyn has been nothing but great with my child. She's always on time and very reliable. She does anything she can to make sure she is of aid to our family. She's active with my son and keeps him safe company. The children love her and we are pleased to have her in our lives! :)

She quit after the first day despite my taking time off work to orient her to my baby and care responsibilities. She texted at the end of the day and said she would pick up another job on the next day. She seemed uncomfortable feeding the baby. Would not recommend.

Quit after one day despite my taking half a day to orient her to my child. After she left, texted to tell me that she would be taking up a different job the next day! Why did you accept this one in the first place. She didn't seem comfortable feeding the baby. . Would not recommend.

Cherlyn is a wonderful caretaker for our two and six year old. She has taught our two year old many things: colors, numbers, words and much more. She has picked up my oldest from school, helped with homework, cooked meals, and cleaned house. She would be a wonderful asset on any family and I highly recommend her. Cherlyn, has picked up my middle school daughter for the last year to transport her from home to school every morning on Thursday, Friday and Monday. She has consistently done so with no issues and with great care and respect towards my daughter. Cherlyn, has displayed great responsibility with texting me about issue that may have arisen and schedule changes. Cherlyn has been a live saver with helping me provide a safe and secure means of transportation for my daughter.

Our dog Sparky is afraid of strangers but quickly warmed up to Cherlyn. She went above and beyond what we asked of her by staying for a length of time on some visits so Sparky didn't have to stay in his kennel all day and night. She is kind, trustworthy, and very reasonable. We will use her again when needed.

Cherlyn did an excellent job watching my 16 month old. She even taught her some new signs as my little one does baby signs. I felt completly at easy leaving for three hour that night. I would totaly recommend her.
