My name is Esperanza Rodriguez. I am a college student at the University of North Texas in Dallas (UNT Dallas). I have taken early child development courses as well as Bilingual education courses at UNT. I also have experience working in childcare as I have been in the childcare/education field for over 15 years. I speak English and Spanish fluently. I am patient, Loving and soft spoken. However, I do believe in discipline and being firm. I am currently looking for part-time babysitter/Nanny jobs but my long term goal is to become an Elementary school teacher.
