Hi, I'm Katie! I am from Texas originally, but I have lived in Maui since 2020. I have 5 siblings in Texas and have been changing diapers since I was 5 years old. Working with babies never feels like work to me. I was a preschool teacher for 2 years before covid happened. Being a part of Bright Horizons was one of my favorite experiences. I worked with children from ages 6months to 6years during that time. I moved to Hawaii in 2020 to nanny. During covid was a harder time to find nannying jobs, so after a year I started working another full-time job while nannying once a week for a residential family on Fridays. I recently left that full-time job, so while I still help one family on Fridays, I am looking to work with another family for 35+ hours a week. I have an open schedule now, Read more but I may take a couple summer classes at UHMC beginning the end of May. Available to Kihei, Wailuku, and Kahului, but willing to consider other areas if worth the time. Important- Allergic to pets.
