Hi! My name is Miriam. I'm 23 years old and have a 3 year old named Emerald Rae. I just moved to San Marcos from Cottonwood Arizona. Before I moved here I worked at a daycare called Kare Bear Childcare Center. I started working there when I was 4 months pregnant. I started as an assistant teacher and worked my way up to head teacher of the infant room and then to head teacher of the toddler room. I absolutely loved working with all the infants and toddlers. I had fun doing weekly art and just playing with and watching them grow. Seeing them accomplish the most simple goals and reach their milestones was my favorite part of working there. I helped them learn to sit up, crawl, walk, potty train and everything in between. I like to do art and experiment with materials to make different art projects. I love being active, reading and just having fun.
