Hello, My name is Kat. I have worked with children of all ages for the past 13 years. I currently nanny for two wonderful children but school will be starting soon so I am currently looking for a full-time job starting September 7th. In 2013 I was a nanny to 3 beautiful girls. I cared for two 2-year-olds and a 4 year old. I also worked in a daycare for 4 1/2 years while in college. I worked with infants to school-agers. After graduation, I worked in a special needs preschool classroom for 6 1/2 years. I than worked as a Pre-K teacher in a Christian Preschool. I have my CDA (Child Development Associate) as well as a 4 year collage degree. I am CPR and First Aide certified. As a nanny, some of my daily duties included were: getting children up and ready for the day, making beds and Read more making sure their rooms were neat. I prepared and served breakfast, lunch and snacks. I also did light house cleaning such as washing and putting children's laundry away, loading and unloading the dishwasher, and making sure the house was picked up and toys, crafts and educational activities put away. I would make sure the kitchen was clean. We did art projects and educational activities on a regular basis. I also dropped off and picked the 4 year old from school. Reading, doing age appreciate activities and exploring the outside world was also something we did very often. I also babysat for many families on a regular basis.
