I have been in childcare going on 13 years now. I started by being a teacher assistant in different elementary schools. While I was there, I got to work with special needs, PPCD, pre-K, kinder and first. Once I graduated high school, I went on and started working in some great learning centers. There I worked with infants 6 weeks up to school age. After a few years, I decided to specialize in infant care and become a lead teacher where I could implement lesson plans and control a classroom environment. I got a few college hours and a lot of experience. I am CPR, First Aid, SIDS, certified. I have my FBI finger imaging and background check as well. Right now, I have been working at a Christian church for over 6 years. I am the infant room lead teacher and I love it there, it is only on Read more Sundays. I also take care of a toddler on Saturdays, I have been taking care of her since she was 6 weeks old and now she is 5. I am also caring for a four year old occasionally Monday through Friday. I started caring for him since he was 4 weeks old. I am currently looking on caring for child during the week hopefully long term. I do all my childcare jobs here at my house. If it is morning i can go to your house, I have everything in my home to care for any age group including excellent references. I love doing arts and crafts, dancing, singing, reading, playing, having some one on one time. Cynthia has been watching my son for the past 2 months (he is now 5 months old) and I cannot say enough great things about her. Her home is very clean and she has toys and things for all age groups. She also does arts n crafts with my son and I wish I could take her with me when we move in a month. He is always cleans when I pick him up and she gives me a note at the end of each day on his diaper changes, feedings, naps etc. She is very helpful when it comes to the babies needs or if they are not feeling well or eating well she has good ideas and suggestions for how to help and they definitely have worked. I could not have found a better babysitter for my son. I drop him off in the early morning and she is always up and awake and ready to go and my son loves her!

We were lucky enough to have Cynthia and her son over today--what a treat! I felt very comfortable going out to lunch and for a movie knowing my son would get social time as well as professional oversight from Cynthia. She cleaned up after the boys, too, which I was super grateful for! Highly recommend.
