I am currently an Early Childhood Education (EC-6) major and Special Education minor at Texas State University. My love for children started when I was young. My mom was a nanny in our home growing up, so taking care of children began when I was a child. I am naturally very nurturing and my family describes me as an old soul when it comes to working with children. I started taking care of children (officially) when I turned 13. Since then I have babysat for numerous families, worked in daycare programs, and was a full time nanny for several summers. Also, I have also worked with kids with special needs. The kids I have worked with have ranged from 2 months to 14 years old. I love being outside, playing sports, doing arts and crafts, and reading with kids
