I have cared for children of ALL ages from 2 months old to 18-year-olds. I have worked at the downtown YMCA, been a live-in nanny in two different locations, worked in a Nanny agency, and had consistent jobs for families as a live-out nanny. Every job is a new experience and different feel. I would eventually love to become a nanny manager and help run a household and take care of errands, shopping, and overall family functioning. I believe a family system is bet run with care and attentiveness to the child first and foremost, as it is crucial to the developmental process. They most need love and care. Especially for infants, eye contact and talking and interacting with them is KEY for optimal development. I am also extremely interested in nutrition. I love to choose healthy eating choices, and have recently begun a GAPS protocol myself for improved health Read more and optimal gut functioning. I am familiar with autism, ADHD, and other behavioral issues that can be addressed through nutrition, attentiveness, and care. I have technically been a nanny since I was 16 years old, driving to an after-school position. Though it feels much longer having helped raise my younger brothers.
