My name is Emily, I am currently an elementary education and child psychology student at Augsburg college. I have been working in childcare for close to 8 years through nannying, babysitting, and working in multiple daycare and early childhood centers. I am both CPR and first aid certified. I enjoy bringing crafts and activity ideas when I take care of children. I think this is important because children should be mentally and physically active especially when they have to sit for 8 hours at school. After taking a gap year in Tanzania to teach english at different orphanages, I found my passion for educating kids in creative and active ways.
