I have been working with critical and terminal children for over 20 years with medical conditions varying greatly from child to child. I have also managed a clinic, ran a WIC program/ nutritionist for 3 years and ran the WIC immunization program for Hunt, Rockwall and Fannin counties from 1993-1996. I found my calling with children early in my nursing career and although I am still a nurse I have been looking for a little less sadness in patient care and would like to take a vacation from high stress and all too often imminent grief.
