My name's Courtney McConnell. I'm currently working at sonic drive-in in Pflugerville as an Assistant Manager. I used to be a student Aid for my old chemistry teacher my senior year. I was really good at following directions and going off simple lists she left me during her off period. She was away so I had to do things in a quick timely manner. I set up labs, graded papers, etc. I also helped raise my little brother through out high school while my mother went through several surgeries and recoveries for her diagnostic of breast cancer. Then after high school while I was working at Sonic Drive-In, my chemistry teacher then gave birth to a child and asked me to watch her when she needed to go out during the weekends and such. I then continued to do things around the house with just a list and took care Read more of her little one while she was out for the night. She moved to Washington so I no longer do that anymore. But I gained her trust with just doing things around the classroom for her then was given the responsibility to watch her newborn child. I have not yet been a nanny full time, but I'm looking more and more interested as I do the research.
