I have two years experience as a nanny for a family and a year and a half of additional experience working as a camp counselor and day care worker at the YMCA which has allowed me the opportunity of working with children ages 6 months to 15 years old. I began working with children after being able to go to camp myself starting at a young age. It inspired me to want to give back some of the wonderful experiences that I had grow growing up. From there, I had the opportunity to go further and work as a nanny for a family of one of my campers and gained a wonderful working relationship with the family I worked for. During that time I helped the family's son with his homework daily, as well as helped with any transportation he needed to extra curricular activities. While I have a well rounded assortment of work history and experience, it has lead me to believe that there is a crucial importance in providing children a well rounded care experience.
