I grew up the oldest of 3 girls so I did my fair share of watching my younger sisters. My first job was in a church daycare summer program as an teachers assistant, I worked there 2 summers in a row, and then a 3rd summer a couple years later as a kindergarten teacher. In high school I was a PAL (Peer Assistance and Leadership), and for those of y'all who don't know what that is, it is a program where high school juniors and seniors mentor elementary school kids in their school district :) I also helped out in the special ed department of my high school, so I have a bit of experience with them.
