In the past, I have cared for children ranging from age 3 to 10, both boys and girls. I spent the last two summers caring for an 11-year-old, providing trips to classes and preparing summer school work. In this capacity, I served as a live in Nanny for the summer, using my own car for transportation. I enjoy childcare and love to create lesson plans, games, and discover new hobbies (last summer I discovered a love for cooking!). As a summer Nanny, we took frequent trips to sites around Dallas, and I provided lunch and in many cases prepared dinner. I also performed housework and did light errands such as grocery shopping and general household help with animals and yard work. I enjoy child education, and plan to minor in education and use my childcare experience as groundwork for future career opportunities. I'm looking forward to an busy, enjoyable summer!
