I began babysitting at the age of eleven for family members, neighbors and church goers. At the age of fifteen I was caring for my infant nephew who was born with a heart condition and downs syndrome for up to five hours every evening. At sixteen I received a lifeguard and CPR with AED certification which prepared me for a lifeguarding job with YMCA summer camp. From 17 to 21 I was enlisted in the U.S. Army where I met my husband. Currently I have an 18 month old toddler boy and I am a full-time college student. I am eager to work with children and infants simply because I love it. I tend to be high energy and enthusiastic with a "kid-like" personality and the patience and acceptance to ensure kids are taken care of physically and emotionally. Jade worked with my family for a month in the summer of 2016. She was wonderful with our 18-month-old and our 10-year-old. She's got a great attitude and she's a really hard worker. We were sad to see her go to a job with more regular hours. Highly recommend!
