Mikaela was a nanny for my son. We loved her! She did so great with him and was so helpful. My issue is that she told me she had a family emergency and was unable to come in one week. I continued for several weeks to contact her to find out when she was planning on returning and she never even responded to my texts or phone calls. Please be cautious as this put us in a terrible position!

Mikaela interviewed very well, but she has not responded to my last 2 attempts to contact her. I don't know why these young ladies cannot communicate. If they are not interested in the job any more they just need to let us know.
