I always knew I loved children and wanted to work with them since I was a little girl. I found myself playing teacher nd mommy all the time. In regards to my work experience, during high school I volunteered at a local daycare close to home and when the internship was up I was called back and hired by the day care. I didn't stay to long with them because I was soon starting college an wanted to focus on my studies. Years later I volunteered at another day care for a school internship. I have two small boys age 3 and 4. Also I took a baby nursing class when I was 19 and have a certificate of training. This certificate says I am able to care for newborns. I haven't keep up to date with my CPR but I have no problem getting it to reassure parents. Also Read more when working at the daycares I was required to take a child abuse class and have my fingerprints ran. So I am fully aware of what is considered child abuse and what not to do with children.
