I started babysitting when my younger sister was born which was when I was about 7. Beginning around the age of 12 I became somewhat of the neighborhood babysitter as well as a nursery helper at the nearest Church. This continued into Junior High, High School, and now into College. I have never NOT had at least one babysitting job, even if it was one night a week alongside other jobs and school. There is something magical about children. They are easily able to bring lite to any situation, and to make happiness out of things we adults forget are the essence of happiness. Being able to spend my time not only playing, entertaining and teaching what I know to your children but also having the opportunity to learn and grow from them as well is something I cherish.
