I have been watching kids since I was 12 and have always been called back once I have been tried out. I love kids and enjoy finding new ways we can have fun together, but I am a strong follower of the parents rules so I am as strict or as lenient as you need me to be. I know all children are different and need different ways of structure to help them grow and enjoy life. So if you are comfortable with me taking your kids to the park or the library or where ever I am happy to get out once in a while but if you want us to stay inside and find things to do then we will. I am very patient with the needs of the children but will not put up with miss behavior. We get along much better when they realize we can Read more have fun if they are good listeners. I have taken some child development class when acquiring my associates degree, know ASL, and I am currently going for a degree in social work and a minor in family studies. I have watched as many as 10 young kids from one family and I am planning on having a large family so I can watch as many kids as you have. I have also watched all ages from newborn on up. I do not mind pets and do even find them enjoyable but I do not want to have to take care of them. I am there to watch your children not pick up after your dog. I will change dippers all day but I don't like picking up dog poop. I can do easy things like fill the dish up for them and let then into your backyard but if you have a high maintenance pet then sorry I don't think I am for you.
