I have cared for several amazing special needs children, up to 9 at one time. I've worked with kids who have speech impairments, cognitive disorders, physical disabilities and cerebral palsy. I love working with children and am headed down a career path that will allow me to do that as often as I'd love to and this is just one step closer to that goal for me. I'm planning on going to school in the fall to study social work and early childhood psychology.
