I've always been intrigued by what helps us, as humans, grow. As a Family Life graduate with an emphasis in Human Development, I possess extensive knowledge of child development and a love for working with kids. I am also happy to acquire child CPR / first-aid certification. In addition to formal training, I have worked with over 75 children of all ages between 4 months and 15 years, working with some of them continuously for as long as 3 years. I like to take a supportive and clear approach with children, so they feel encouraged to grow and know what the boundaries are. When a child misbehaves, I try to understand where they are coming from and see if we can find more appropriate ways for them to achieve their goals. I also try to encourage good behavior more effectively. I see myself as working as a team with your Read more child/ren.
