As one who loves kids, teenagers and being active, I would love to have the opportunity to provide a wholesome and fun environment for your kids. In addition to my work experience, I have been babysitting for over thirteen years and have nieces and nephews of my own. I'm CPR/First-Aid Certified, have a squeaky clean background and have never drank, smoked or done any drugs. For four years during Read more college, I volunteered as a babysitter for children with disabilities. I'm an active individual who runs marathons, camps, hikes, dances, surfs, snowboards, and much much more. I have several years experience teaching gymnastics and tumbling. While babysitting, I always create fun and creative atmospheres, such as mock parties and fairs. I'm an avid D.I.Y. person who loves crafts, crocheting, and Pinterest. I'm an expert in finding interesting places to explore and tailoring those finds to the individuals I am with. Additionally, I've extensively studied both nutrition and culinary/pastry arts since I was young, it's a life-long passion of mine. I love to share my knowledge of real, nutrient-dense food and prepare wholesome and delicious food, with others. Our experience with Jessica was terrific. In making the arrangements, she was very responsive and a good communicator. She showed up right on time and was warm and friendly to the kids and our dog. My children are school-aged, and they really appreciated Jessica's bright fun personality and enthusiasm for playing games with them. They told me that she paid them lots of attention. It sounded to me like she also tried hard to encourage good behavior and was willing to call them out when they were squabbling or otherwise not behaving properly towards each other. All the toys they had played with were tidied up when we came home. The kids are eager to see her again.
