Julie showed up late the first day. She then called in sick the first week. I spent a lot of time and put a lot of energy into training her the first week as she told me she wanted the job. Then to find out through text message that she wouldn't be coming back goes to show how irresponsible she is. I guess it's better to find out sooner than later. She made a lot of claims about how good with kids she is and is able to efficiently help out with housework. I didn't see it. It was a huge waste of time when my time is extremely valuable at this point in a search for help. Very disappointing!
