I am currently a senior at the University of Utah working on my Bachelor's of Social Work degree with a completed minor in Human Development and Family Studies. I did a 6 month internship at The Family Support Center during which I worked with children of all ages in the crisis nursery and in the1-year-old room at KidStart daycare, I also would help out in the infant and 2-3-year-old rooms as well. Other experience I have includes being a Family Home Mentor in which I taught a 10-12 week in-home parenting program as well as teaching Smart Steps which is a program related to step families.
