For starters I have a sweet just over 1 year old little girl. I am 25 years old. Right to it, I started watching a family of 4 kids from the ages of 12-14. I worked at a daycare being in charge of over 10 kids at a time from the time I was 16-18. I then taught 2 years of preschool off and on in between working as a Certified Massage Therapist. Throughout that time I attended many seminars and workshops on everything from building lesson plans to healthy playtime activities and learning how to diffuse elevated emotions. I have always been current on my cpr and first aid and plan on renewing them this year. My experiences from being a mother myself have increased my desire to work with children and to help them learn and grow in positive ways emotionally and mentally. I love to be outside Read more and keeping busy doing crafts and engaging activities. Scavenger hunts, awesome stories, yoga poses and breathing, painting, and of course dance parties are a few favorites. We won't be sitting around bored or watching tv and electronics. I can follow a strict schedule and also help cultivate good boundaries for imagination and play. I understand the worries and also the hope parents have in choosing someone they can trust to look out for their family while they are away. You'll come back to a clean home. Take a deep breath.
