Nadya A.

Nadya was a lifesaver, I have to be at work very early in the morning, and needed someone that could be with my kids as they got up in the morning and ready for school. She was always on time, and called ahead if she was unable to make it the next morning. (This happened only once when she was sick). She also drove my boys to school. She was comfortable doing miscellaneous chores such as prepping food for dinner, and making the boys lunches and breakfast. A definite plus was/is her flexibility. My families schedules and plans change often and on a moments notice. When I let her know, she would quickly reply and accomodated our needs. I can no longer use her, but would recommend her to anyone. A dependable, engaging, and adaptable child care provider is a rare gem.

We have really enjoyed having Nadya with us. She arrived on time before the sun and gave our children a positive and productive morning to begin their school day. I left for work before they awoke for the first time. The children loved Nadya so much, they didn't mind my absence and I was happy working, knowing they were in her care.

While I’m sad that Nadya Ahmed has to leave us, I’m happy to describe the terrific job she did for us as an after school nanny. Nadya worked for us for more than a year, meeting our 11 year old son and 9 year old daughter at the bus stop most days around 3:30 and watching over them until 6:30. She helped with their homework, took them to tutoring, sports practices, and games, play dates, etc. And for most of the time she worked for us she cooked the kids’ dinner. Nadya was very professional – on time, a good communicator, very responsible about her duties. My son has ADHD and she did a remarkable job dealing with his issues, communicating with us and his therapist, etc. She was very loving with both our kids, including being very patient during those times when one or both of them had a tough day. She was also creative in finding ways to keep them on task on their homework, on time for their schedules as well as helping them have fun.

Nadya is absolutely adorable and genuinely enjoyed being with Jack. He took to her immediately, and from what we can tell had a great time with her. Nadya was very courteous, responsible, and even kept her cool when our power unexpectedly went out! We look forward to having Nadya sit for us again!

Nadya is such a wonderful babysitter. She is always on time and our children love her. She leaves our house neat and clean too which is sooo nice to come home to! Nadya is the only non-family babysitter we have ever used and we LOVE her!

Hi, Nadya has been babysitting for my very active 5 and 4 year old children for 7 months now, 10 hours a week. She is terrific with the kids and very responsible. I would highly recommend her.
