I have been a nanny and babysat for over 20 years. I have a wide variety of experience with children and in childcare. I am currently a substitute teacher in multiple districts. Nichole is a very responsible and reliable sitter. She has been sitting for my son since he was about 4 months old. She is flexible and willing to watch him when the main task is putting him down for the night, or will watch him during the day when lots of play is involved. ;) The only reason that I wouldn't leave her a good review is that I don't want her to get stolen away! We use her as often as possible. ;)

Nichole has been watching our three month old, and she's fantastic. She's always early, extremely flexible with our crazy schedules, and, most importantly, she genuinely cares for our son. She plays with him, helps him develop his brain and his muscles, and baths him for us during our busy evenings. As our son is quite fussy, she handles him with love, humor, and patience. She's a natural with kids, super reliable, and easy to talk to.

I have to strongly disagree with the other review! Nichole is awesome! I have been looking for a sitter like her for a long time! She responds promptly to any messages I send her while she is watching the kids. She is always on time and very flexible. My kids absolutely love her.

Nichole was interesting about babysitting my 8month old son, we send message back and forth . We schedule for meet together at Starbucks and talk about Mason! But she sand message she had emergency come up and she want to reschedule at next week..... So... I send message to her and No respond from her four days!!!! She got no responsibility for her job!!!
