Hi Family, I know the pressures and challenges of being a parent and I am here to help. I am dedicated, passionate, trustworthy and client-focused with over 17 years comprehensive training and experience. I am a self starter and I multitask well. I have experience in watching newborns to teenagers. You will have the added comfort that I am reliable and a private duty Licensed Practical Nurse. I am Adult/infant CPR certified. I have my own transportation and I am a safe driver. My responsibility as a Nanny is to care for your children and assist you in establishing a flexible routine within the home environment and offer suggestions when appropriate. I enjoy incorporating art as well as creative play into the children's day. I enjoy taking kids to the library or Barnes and Noble reading time, swimming, water park, Zoo, museum, Chuck E Cheese, etc. Walks on trails and Read more maybe to a theme park if mom and dad say it is okay. I will pick/drop up the children, fix them a healthy meal, get them to activities and help them with their homework. I can help preschoolers learn their alphabets, shapes, colors and learn to write their names so they are ready for kindergarten. And we can potty train at the same time. Quality one on one time during care giving routines such as feeding, diapering, and napping will provide plenty of dialogue to promote language skills for my younger children. Feeding time will provide me with an opportunity to interact and give your baby/toddler healthy foods. Nap times for the younger children will be filled with therapeutic music, holistic care and cuddles. I believe the one thing that a care giver needs above all else is organization and patience. Children need to have a sense of stability. Naturally, every family is different and every child reacts differently- so I believe in friendship. I don't believe in anger, violence, or threats to force children into behaving, most children simply desire to feel special. Individual, one on one attention that is the trick. I do not mind cleaning, doing laundry and running errands or cooking. I am passionate about my children and will bring the same passion to your children. I have consistently earned praise from parents family for delivering excellent nanny care, and having a positive approach to life and being dependable. Please do not hesitate if this sounds like a perfect fit for your family. I want to share in your journey and experience.
