I'm a recent William and Mary graduate (May 2011) who moved to Washington DC to pursue a career in politics. I've babysat on weekends since middle school for the same two families, and took two part time nannying jobs for great families for 7 months after graduating college. For me, babysitting/nannying is rewarding job with responsibility. I'm very interested in becoming a part of any family I babysit, and being an active positive role model in children's lives. I'm creative, patient, energetic, and fun. I've babysat a number multiples (I myself am an identical twin), and am good with children with ADD/ADHD (my younger brother has ADHD). I also taught swimming lessons to young children when I was in high school, and was employed as a certified lifeguard. Other notable skills: I enjoy cooking and baking, love art projects, like playing outdoors and sports, and am great at story telling.
