Let me start out by saying that Lauren was wonderful with my child and was great with the housekeeping items that I assigned. I loved her personality and how friendly she was to my son. With that being said, Lauren was never on time. I was late to work almost every time she was scheduled to watch my son. We were understanding and took her college schedule into consideration. We even adjusted her start time ... she still came late. The reason Lauren is getting a negative review is because one day she decided to not show up. No phone call - No Explanation. She also wouldn't return our phone calls. When I interviewed Lauren, I was very clear that I was looking for a long term nanny for my son. I didn't want my son to have a new nanny every couple of months. I felt like she was dishonest during the interview because she clearly didn't a long term commitment. When I was doing my research, I noticed that she already had a negative review (it was a no show). I asked her about it and she claimed it was a misunderstanding. I didn't love reading about it but my son enjoyed playing with her and she interviewed well ... so I set those reservations aside. Thankfully, our family helped out until we could find a new nanny. Now we have a wonderful girl that is truly committed. Again - Lauren is wonderful with kids. Just not reliable.

She supposed to came at my home today when I tried to call, she didn't answer - and she didn't respond to the voicemail I left.
