My name is Mary G and I love caring for children and teaching them!  I also love making a difference in the lives of families.  I am the mature, very active semi-retired grandmother type.  I have raised three children (twin boys) and a daughter as a single mother and juggled many household and child rearing responsibilities while holding a full time job in Washington.  I am trustworthy, dependable, very patient, and understand how difficult it is to raise children today balancing family, home and career.  I try and provide a secure and loving environment for children.  I believe in structured activities such as playing games and doing art projects with plenty of time for outdoor exercise.  I love to read to children rather than turning on the television.  I am neat in the kitchen and prepare healthy meals. I try and do for parents what I would have liked done for me when I was a young mother by taking some Read more of the daily pressure off their shoulders by doing the children's laundry, straightening up the children's play area and room and helping with school work.
