I started being a nanny when I was 11, it sounds weird I know. A friend of my moms dropped her baby off with me when Elayah was 2 weeks old and did not pick her back up until she was 9 months old. I cared for her every day and every night for almost 9 full months. When I was 13 I started babysitting my niece, who was one at the time. She's autistic so it was challenging but worth it. I realized I love kids, they amaze me every day. I have my own transportation, I teach them things they will learn in kindergarten if they do not already know them, crafts and reading to them are a must. (Half my family are art majors, and I'm an English major).
