My family just moved to the area from out of state. We met Diana last month, checked her references, & paid for her Enhanced Background Check after she verbally excepted a position to be our part-time nanny. Now we have moved to our new home, are about to begin our new jobs, and Diana is not returning calls, texts, & other messages. I even reached out to her current employer to see if she was okay. In all my messages, I asked Diana to let me know if she was okay and that I understood if she had changed her mind about the position for any reason, but that I just needed to know. I'm so disappointed because for the last month I believed that I had found the perfect nanny. I'm also regretful that I paid to have her background check done which now makes her more appealing as an applicant for other families. Hopefully no one else will experience this. Her interview was very good & her references checked out great. Good luck, and have a back up plan if you choose Diana as a nanny. *Note: This is the 2nd time I am posting this review. (Seeing that it was taken down, I will assume that Diana is alive and well.) I will continue to repost if it is removed again, as families should have the right to know the positive and not so positive reviews. This doesn't mean that Diana won't be a great nanny for your family, but as the title says..."Beware!"
