:-) I love children . I have a natural ability to not only be entertaining but also in fostering an enviorment that it conducive to learning. I have been a mother for 22 years . I also home taught my children up until grade 6. Currently , I am completing my B.S in Psychology at Liberty University and in December will graduate. I will continue on into Graduate school with Liberty Online working toward a Masters in Education. My Goal is to become a teacher in private education eventually. I would like to say that I feel i could be a great fit for your family . I can provide a day structured to meet the needs of each child , Id like to say that I am not someone who believes in just being a baby sitter. In my opinion a baby sitter just "watches"children and provides for no Read more interactive learning or developmental experiences. I believe that utilizing just a baby sitter in the day to day interactions of a child robs them of valuable time needed in order to develop up to their potential. The Bible says " Raise up a child in the way they should go, and they will not depart from it" To me that is just as important for your childs caregiver to instill as it is for that child's parent or parents. My teaching strategy is tailored to each child's individual uniqueness and educational ability. I am CPR and First aid certified by the AHA , I also have EMT-Basic. I received training in Emergency care through Holly Grove rescue in 2014. My life experiences make for a well rounded individual. I've been described by friends and family as genuine, caring and compassionate, quick to respond especially in an emergency, knowledgeable, patient, creative, and someone with great attention to detail. Please email, call or text with your need. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sheila 540-748-7020 ( Cell)
