Megan worked for our family from October-December 2013 as a part-time nanny. She then babysat our 2 girls, ages 3 and 6, on Tuesday nights consistently for a year, ending December 2014, before she moved out of state.
Megan is disciplined, on-time, a good communicator, loving and playful with our girls but strict when she needed to be, especially in maintaining our kids' bedtime routine on school nights. She fed our girls, gave baths, read to them, provided homework assistance and cleaned up the dishes and toys (with the kids' help) so that we were greeted with a clean environment when we returned.
We paid her $16 for 2 kids, one of whom has severe ADHD. We miss her a lot and wish her the best.
