Congratulations! Your search for a caring, calm, patient, incredibly hardworking, and very skilled nanny is over! Noriana is all that and more, and we have been incredibly lucky to have her with our family taking care of our 1-year-old twins and 3-year-old toddler full time. We found Noriana when we were looking for a short-term nanny while living for several months (November 2023 - January 2024) in the Northern Virginia area. Every day she has been with us, we have been so thankful that we found Noriana. Our children, despite all of them having separation anxiety, and all of them being under 3 ½ years old, immediately took to her. She immediately was able to handle our multiple children at once not only without difficulty, but with such exceptional care, and she continued to do so throughout her time with us. Upon meeting Noriana, I hope you also will be struck with the many ways her personality and demeanor make her a truly perfect nanny for any child. Through her actions, we could immediately tell that she has a love of caring for children as well as the skill and experience of doing so well. She is both playful and nurturing, caring and calm, organized and dedicated. In such a short time, she has helped each of our children grow their social, verbal, and motor skills through play, reading, outdoor time, and many other activities. While she has extensive experience to guide her, she also was very amenable to following our directions and methods of parenting. She also is great at keeping the house tidy, preparing meals, and conducting any other chores that are helpful. She is consistently cheerful and calm, punctual and thoughtful and has been incredibly professional and flexible with our schedules. We feel like we have gotten incredibly lucky to have Noriana for this short window of time, and we wish our circumstances would allow her to stay with us forever! But unfortunately, we will be moving from the area. For even this short time, we feel like she has become a part of the family.
