Being a military wife you get to travel around and experience different jobs. I learned that my calling is to work with children, so for the past 10 years I have been lucky enough to do this. My past jobs include working in a school based day care center. I had been the head teacher of the infant room (aged 6 weeks to 15 months). Before this I worked with school aged children from Kindergarten to fifth grade. As far as my credentials, I have a BA in Child and Family Development with an emphasis on Early Education. I have a CDA certificate in infant/toddlers that I received. I am CPR/AED/First Aide certified for pediatrics and adults. I have also taken many classes while in our last duty assignment regarding how children develop. All of these certificates can been provided upon request.
