To Whom It May Concern: Aleksandra “Anna” Petkovic cared for our newborn twin boys and two-and-a-half year-old daughter. Anna is a very caring, nurturing, warm, responsible, hard-working childcare provider whose performance demonstrates her genuine love for children.  Specifically, Anna has a natural talent for soothing babies and has a calming presence.   She does not get overwhelmed or stressed out by crying or fussy infants, and is proficient at identifying and anticipating their needs: whether they are hungry and need to be fed, are gassy and need to be burped, need diaper changes, etc.  Anna also understands the stress that babies can add to the family dynamic, and is very helpful with keeping bottles sterilized, doing children’s laundry, feeding and bathing children, and doing any other tasks required to provide support to the parents of the children.   She also is a team player in the home and assists with setting the Read more table, doing dishes, taking out the trash, etc., and has a great sense of humor and enjoys learning about American culture. It has been a joy to get to know Anna and to have her in our home.  We would recommend Anna as a childcare provider and are happy to be a reference to attest to her qualifications and performance based on our experience with her.
