Hello, I cannot wait to meet you and your child! My background is in education, and I have a bacholres degree in prep-12 grade education. For years I taught preschool and then middle school before branching out and working as a photographer in the mornings at a hospital and the coordinator at an after school program in the evenings. I also have worked at the college level running a summer program for high school students. Over the years I have nannied for three different main families and babysat for countless others. I am currently offering a full time, in home school program for ages 0-5. The program will be semester based (Spring: January-May, Summer: June-August and Fall: September-End of December. the days and hours it will meet are: Tues, Wed and Thurs 8:30a-2:00p. The location is in east Austin walking distance to Mueller Lake Park. The program will pull from Read more the Reggio, Waldorf and Montessori pedagogies with a heavy emphasis on nature exploration, art, music and reading. The program will be play based and student led. I am also offering a drop in care program, where you can reserve childcare in my home by appointment.
