I am a young professional living in DC hoping to nanny part or full time for a family. The past two years I have been working as a service team leader for L'Arche, an organization that provides residential care for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. Before moving to DC I taught first grade at the Park School in Brookline, MA. I moved to DC to pursue a different line of work and have found I miss working with children. I graduated from Boston College in 2011 with a degree in Elementary Education and Philosophy. I also have my Massachusetts initial license for teaching 1-6 grade. I am CPR and First Aid Certified. I have been babysitting since I was 15 and love working with children of all ages and backgrounds. I have nannied for several families in Boston over the years, the longest being the care I provided for Read more a family of 3 (now 6, 10, and 13) whom I began babysitting when the oldest was born, and I still visit them several times a year! I am fun-spirited, creative, and dependable and would love to chat further!
